"What Time Is It? ___________ School is out and it's summer time. I would like to send a shout out to all of my wonderful students at Pickett Academy. You are totally awesome. And because of your awesomeness we had a great school year. Every grade learned new things. My kindergartens learned the "ABC Rap" and the "100 Rap". They should be able to tell you what comes after 59. My 1st graders learned about high and low pitch and my 2nd-3rd graders learned how to recognize the pitches do, re, mi, sol and la. My 4th -5th graders learned how to play the recorder and 90% of my students can play "Hot Cross Buns". My 6th - 8th graders learned how to read the treble clef and got so good that they competed in an on-line game called "Staff Wars" Thank you Pickett students. You can do a lot!!!
